Code of Ethics

We shall act in the best interest of our clients to ensure the best possible outcome.

Our professional manner towards clients will be positive, supportive and competent.

We shall hold all information provided by the client as private and confidential and not disclose any information or photographs about the client, their family or project, without express written prior consent of the client.

We are expected to expand our knowledge and skills through continuing education as part of our professional growth.

We are encouraged to support the development of the Organizing Profession.

We shall present our fees and fee structure in a transparent and easy to understand manner for our clients before starting work.

We shall avoid conflicts of interest between ourselves and our clients.

We shall inform our clients of any benefit we may receive or be entitled to in regard to the sale of recommended items or any professional referrals.

We shall not allow compensation from any third party to influence the integrity of recommendations of goods or professional services to our clients.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. 

Any information gathered on this website will remain private and confidential.

Any pictures or client information will not be used to promote Genuinely Organized  without the client’s written consent.

Company Policy

Genuinely Organized is fully insured.

All estimates are not guarantees of time and/or fees. All estimates are made in the client’s best interest and with the organizer’s best judgment; conditions outside of our control such as delays made by the clients, deliveries, or other unforeseen circumstances may hinder or reconfigure time estimates.

Deposits may be required to book appointments.

All remaining payments are expected to be made at the completion of services.

Payments may be made online through the secured bookings platform or in-person using cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or the organizer’s square device.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours PRIOR to your appointed time. Your deposit may be applied to future bookings made within 30 days of your canceled appointment. 

We understand that real estate closings may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Arrangements for rescheduling will be made to the best of our ability. Deposits may be refunded in this circumstance.

Organizers have the right to refuse work in any unsafe, uncomfortable, or unworkable environment. 

Organizers are not responsible for the safety or security of roaming pets during service.

Liability is limited to the amount of paid services rendered.

Services are non-refundable.

Travels outside of our stated driving territories will be booked after an agreed-upon travel compensation.
